The C Bar C Chuckwagon with Ken &  Sue Cunningham and her sister Jean Cates will give us a demonstration on Dutch Oven cooking and will also serve as our judges for the Dutch Oven Cook-Off.    In addition to last years categories of biscuits and cobbler, this year we will be adding potatoes as a dish that can be prepared in the competition.  Participants can enter one, two or all three classes with prizes being awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category.  There is no entry fee for the cook-off.

Plus, we're inviting all local craftsfolk and artisans to set up a booth, for a nominal fee, and sell their wares, as well as demonstrate their talents.

If you want to enter the cook-off or have a crafts booth that you'd like to set up, give us a call at (575)673-2489 or (800) 526-0482 and we'll send over the rules and an entry form.

We are actively seeking sponsorship for this year in an effort to bring you an even more exciting program.  If you know of any business that would like to get involved, we'd sure appreciate you passing this information on and have them give us a holler.

Thank You to our sponsors!
