Virginia spent
many summers in
Mosquero as a child
when she visited her grandparents.
She is currently living in Pueblo, CO but comes back to her home in
Mosquero on holidays and special events.
Virginia was recently featured in the October 2008
New Mexico Magazine.
She has demonstrated historical cooking techniques at
El Rancho de Las Golondrinas,
a living history museum which represents an 18th century homestead,
and also the Food Channel.

Virginia
participated in the
Mosquero Centennial in 2008 by opening her Mosquero home as a
demonstration of life in 1908. |
