The mission of El Centro Family Health (ECFH) is to
provide affordable, accessible quality health care to the people of
Northern New Mexico.
- ECFH has been delivering on this mission for over
30 years, since 1972.
- Each year, ECFH serves more than 18,000
people in 12 different communities, including 15 medical and two
dental clinics (see
Clinic Information)
- School based health at Espaņola High School and
Middle School
- Student health center at Highlands University
- Over 2,000 veterans cared for under a capitated
contract with the VA
- Diabetes care and education for more than 1,500
patients
- Care provided on a sliding fee scale for 7,510
people with no health insurance (2002)
- Pharmacy assistance program and 35% discount on
prescriptions for those on sliding fees
