Duties: The Assessor's Office is responsible for property assessments for taxation purposes. Real Property Values may be found here. County road maps and 911 addressing lists are available from the Assessors Office.

The Harding County Assessor’s Office is located on the ground floor of the courthouse. Assessor, Phillip J Trujillo is here to answer any questions you might have regarding exemptions, livestock reports, real property, personal property, etc.

The Assessor’s Office also does the E-911 Mapping and Addressing for Harding County.  If you need to know your address, our office is where you would get that information.  For new utilities or new construction, the Assessor will GPS your location and assign an address for utility hook ups for new construction.

The Assessor is always happy to help with maps of your ranch property or town property, however remember these maps are only representational.  They are not surveys.  For deeds and title work, the Harding County Assessor’s Office will work with any county bonded title company you choose.
