Our Online Services provide a convenient and centralized way to search for documents recorded in our office. Please read all disclaimer before beginning your search. Copy and additional fees will be assessed when printing documents from the online database. The “UNOFFICIAL DOCUMENT” watermark will be removed once documents are paid for and printed.

Online documents are available dating back to 1989. We are working on getting all Public Records online, so Warranty Deeds, Mortgages, Quit Claim Deeds are online dating back to 1921. However, deeds older than 1989 are not indexed by name but by book & page. Probate cases may not be updated. Board of County Commission Proceedings can be found through the Online Services. The electronic search system is not suitable for making public records requests.

14-8-9.1. Public records; inspection; exceptions
1. Except as provided in this section, all documents filed and recorded in the office of the county clerk are public records.
2. The county clerk shall publicly post in the office of the county clerk and on the county's web page a notice that documents recorded in the office of the county clerk are public records, subject to inspection and disclosure.
